研究目的：

青少年抑郁症是当前最为常见和危害广泛的精神心理疾病。并且，青少年抑郁症的诊断缺乏生物诊断“金标准”，诊断在很大程度上具有不确定性。亟需研发基于客观的、不依赖于患者的自评或者他人观察的心理评估工具，从源头上识别出青少年抑郁症患者。本项目拟通过心理物理实验、神经心理测量和多模态数据协同建模等方法，基于机器学习和VR技术，探寻青少年抑郁症辅助诊断技术。  

Objectives of Study：

Adolescent depression is the most common and severe mental illness. However, the diagnosis of adolescent depression lacks a biological gold standard and is largely uncertain. Thus, there is an urgent need to develop an objective psychological assessment tool that does not rely on the patients’ self-assessment or the observation of others to identify depressed adolescents at their source. Based on machine learning and virtual reality (VR) technology, this project intends to explore the auxiliary diagnosis technology of adolescent depression through psychophysical experiments, neuropsychological measurement, and multimodal data fusion and modeling.

纳入标准：

实验组/抑郁症入组标准：①符合美国《精神障碍诊断与统计手册》第五版（简称DSM-5）抑郁症诊断标准，由两名主治或以上级别的医师分别进行独立诊断，诊断一致者入组 ②年龄：12-18岁（青少年） ③被试及监护人自愿参加本研究，并获取知情同意书。
对照组/正常组入组标准：①不符合任何一项精神障碍疾病诊断标准 ① 年龄：12-18岁（青少年） ② 被试及监护人自愿参加本研究，并获取知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

Experimental group/depression inclusion criteria: ① meeting the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders fifth edition (DSM-5) diagnostic criteria for depression; be diagnosed as depression by two attending physicians or above independently, and the diagnosis was consistent. ② Age: 12–18 years old (adolescents) ③ Subjects and their guardians voluntarily participated in this study, and informed consent was obtained.
Control group/normal group inclusion criteria: ① Did not meet any of the diagnostic criteria of mental disorders ① Age: 12–18 years old (adolescents) ② Subjects and their guardians voluntarily participated in this study, and informed consent was obtained.
