研究目的: |
(1)采用随机双盲对照的TMS试验,基于多模态磁共振成像技术,从局部脑区到全脑水平,再到脑功能与结构连接网络的角度,系统地探明儿童孤独症TMS治疗的神经机制。 (2)通过比较传统定位方法与杏仁核介导的个体化靶点定位方法所引起的患者临床症状与脑功能活动的改变,特别是包括杏仁核在内的“社会脑”环路的改变,为选择最佳的TMS刺激靶点提供理论和影像依据。 (3)通过观测TMS治疗前后脑功能与结构的改变及其与孤独症患者认知功能及核心症状改善的关系,建立基于影像学指标的疗效预测模型,用于客观、系统地评估TMS治疗疗效,为孤独症儿童早期干预和临床治疗提供科学指导。 |

Objectives of Study: |
(1) A randomized, double-Blind TMS trial based on MRI data, in order to explore the treatment mechanism of TMS on patients with autism spectrum disorder systematically, from the local brain regions to global cerebral, and from the function connectivity to the structure connectivity of brain. (2) By comparing the change of brain net between traditional stimulate target to precision stimulate target based on amygadala, especially the change in the social brain circuits which include amygadala, to provide theoretical support for target selection. (3) By estimating the change of brain structure and function around TMS treatment and the relationship between it and the change of patients cognitive function and core symptoms, to build a therapeutic effect prediction model based on MRI features, in order to systematically and objectively evaluate the therapeutic effect of TMS, and provide scientific guidance for the early intervention and clinical treatment of ASD. |
