Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of AGEs on frailty in HF patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合2021年《JCS/JHFS急慢性心力衰竭诊断和治疗指南》中慢性心衰诊断标准；
2.经治疗后病情稳定超过1月。

Inclusion criteria

1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure in the 2021 "JCS/JHFS Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute and Chronic Heart Failure";
2. The condition has been stable for more than 1 month after treatment.

排除标准：

1.合并甲亢、肿瘤、结核等高代谢消耗性疾病；
2.合并严重的肝、肾功能损害；
3.合并严重胃肠疾病及摄食障碍者；
4.运动系统障碍者；
5.合并神经精神系统疾病不能配合检查者；
6.近期患急性感染性疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with hyperthyroidism, tumor, tuberculosis and other high metabolic wasting diseases;
2. Combined with severe liver and kidney damage;
3. Combined with severe gastrointestinal diseases and eating disorders;
4. Patients with motor system disorders;
5. Those who can not cooperate with the examination;
6. Those who have recently suffered from acute infectious diseases.
