研究目的：

1.通过临床评估、血液学及影像学标志物，建立国人脑小血管病危险因素谱； 2.建立动态评估脑小血管病进展的预警模型； 3.探索脑小血管病的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish a national risk factor profile of small vascular disease by clinical evaluation of hematological and imaging markers; 2. To establish an early warning model for dynamic evaluation of the progression of small vascular disease; 3. To explore the treatment of small vascular disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄18岁及以上；
2.根据STRIVE标准MRI提示脑小血管病的患者；
3.患者本人或在家属帮助下可完成调查表填写；
4.患者及家属签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients aged 18 years or above;
2. Patients with small cerebral vascular disease indicated by MRI with STRIVE standards;
3. Patients themselves or with the help of family members can complete the questionnaire;
4. Patients and family members sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 无法与检查员配合体检；
2. 明确的特殊类型白质病变，例如中毒性，放射性，感染性；
3. 严重的全身性疾病，例如神经系统恶性肿瘤，心脏，肝脏，肾脏，消化或其他系统重大疾病；
4. 合并其他重大精神疾病而无法合作或不愿合作患者；
5. 影像学检查禁忌症影响病情评定；
6. 研究者认为不适合参加本研究的其他类型。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Unable to cooperate with inspectors for physical examination 2. Specific white matter lesions, such as toxic, radioactive, infectious, etc.;
3. Severe systemic diseases, such as malignant tumors of the nervous system, heart, liver, kidney, digestive or other major diseases of the system ;
4. Patients with other major mental diseases who are unable to cooperate or unwilling to cooperate;
5. Contraindications of imaging examination affect disease evaluation;
6. Other types considered unsuitable for participation in the study by the investigator.
