研究目的：

(1) 建立国内丛集性头痛多中心临床研究队列 丛集性头痛作为三叉神经自主神经性头痛的常见类型，患病率低，漏诊率高，生活影响大，且仍缺乏明确有效的完整治疗方案。本研究拟建立国内丛集性头痛多中心临床研究队列，为其人口学特征、临床特点、诊断流程及治疗方案的总结提供研究基础。 (2)探寻丛集性头痛的生物学及影像学特点，为精准治疗提供依据 通过收集丛集性头痛患者血样及影像学资料，寻找丛集性头痛的可靠生物学标志物或相关脑区靶点，为精准治疗、提高治疗效果提供依据。 (3) 形成规范有效的诊疗体系 通过多中心临床队列建立，从临床特点、诊断标准、治疗方案等多方面总结并建立丛集性头痛的规范化诊疗体系，为该类头痛的诊治提供参考。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Establishing a multicenter clinical research cohort for cluster headache in China: As a common type of trigeminal autonomic headache, cluster headache has a low prevalence, a high underdiagnosis rate, a high life impact, and still lacks a clear and effective complete treatment plan. This study intends to establish a domestic multicenter clinical study cohort of cluster headache to provide a research basis for the summary of its demographic characteristics, clinical features, diagnostic process and treatment options. (2) Exploring the biological and imaging characteristics of cluster headache to provide a basis for accurate treatment: By collecting blood samples and imaging data of cluster headache patients, we can search for reliable biological markers or relevant brain area targets of cluster headache, and provide a basis for precise treatment and improvement of treatment effect. (3) Formation of a standardized and effective treatment system: Through the establishment of a multicenter clinical cohort, we will summarize and establish a standardized diagnosis and treatment system for cluster headache in terms of clinical characteristics, diagnostic criteria and treatment plans, and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of this type of headache.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

(1) 符合《国际头痛分类》第三版（ICHD-3）诊断标准的发作性/慢性SUNCT和SUNA患者；
(2) 年龄13-65岁；
(3) 自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients with episodic/chronic SUNCT and SUNA who meet the diagnostic criteria of the International Classification of Headache, Third Edition (ICHD-3).
(2) Age 13-65 years.
(3) Voluntarily signed informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）存在精神类疾病、严重认知障碍患者；
（2）继发性因素导致头痛的患者；
（3）重复入组患者；
（4）不能配合或拒绝入组的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with psychiatric disorders and severe cognitive impairment.
(2) Patients with headache caused by secondary factors.
(3) Patients with repeated enrollment.
(4) Patients who could not cooperate or refused to be enrolled.
