研究阿司匹林是否预防术后腹膜粘连以及其机制是否与TGF-β1/Smad 信号通路有关  

Objectives of Study：

To study whether aspirin prevents postoperative peritoneal adhesions and whether its mechanism is related to the TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1).结肠造瘘术后患者；
2).1年内有结肠造口还纳意愿患者；
3).结肠造瘘术前未行任何腹部手术患者；
4).无严重系统性疾病，手术禁忌；

Inclusion criteria

1). Patients after colostomy;
2). patients with willingness to accept colostomy within 1 year;
3). Patients who have not undergone any abdominal surgery before surgery;
4). No serious systemic diseases, surgical contraindications;

排除标准：

1).除外不接受结肠造口还纳的患者；
2).除外严重的内外科疾病合并症、严重的心肺功能障碍者；
3).除外药物使用禁忌者;

Exclusion criteria：

1). Exclude patients who do not receive colostomy;
2). Excluding severe medical and surgical diseases comorbidities, severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction;
3). Excluding those who are contraindicated in drug use;
