研究目的：

（1）阐明中医湿证状态增加单纯性肥胖并发T2DM风险。 （2）揭示中医湿证状态增加单纯性肥胖并发T2DM风险的CD4+T细胞亚群失衡机制。 （3）建立单纯性肥胖湿证状态并发T2DM的预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To elucidate dampness status of TCM increases the risk of simple obesity complicated by T2DM. (2) To reveal the mechanism of CD4+ T-cell subpopulation imbalance that increases the risk of simple obesity complicated by T2DM in dampness status of TCM. (3) To establish a prediction model for simple obesity complicating by T2DM in dampness status.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18～60岁。
（2）符合单纯性肥胖1期西医诊断标准：
参考中华医学会、中国营养学会等制定的《超重或肥胖人群体重管理专家共识及团体标准》、《超重或肥胖人群体重管理流程的专家共识（2021年）》，以BMI≥28kg/m2或男性腰围≥90cm,女性≥85cm作为肥胖症诊断标准，排除继发性肥胖，可诊断为单纯性肥胖。肥胖，无或伴有1种或多种超重或肥胖相关疾病前期，不伴有超重或肥胖相关疾病及其重度并发症，作为肥胖1期诊断标准。
注：①超重或肥胖相关疾病前期：血压正常高值、血脂边缘升高、糖尿病前期、高尿酸血症等。②超重或肥胖相关疾病：T2DM、血脂异常、高血压、冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、非酒精性脂肪性肝病、多囊卵巢综合征、女性不孕、睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、骨关节炎、痛风等。③超重或肥胖相关疾病重度并发症：心肌梗死、心力衰竭、脑卒中、糖尿病慢性并发症（视网膜病变，肾功能不全：肾小球滤过率＜60 ml/1.73 m2）、肝硬化、肥胖相关性癌症等。
（3）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18 to 60 years old.
(2) Meet the Western medical diagnostic criteria for simple obesity stage 1.
Referring to the Expert Consensus and Group Standards on Weight Management for Overweight or Obese People and Expert Consensus on Weight Management Process for Overweight or Obese People (2021) developed by the Chinese Medical Association and the Chinese Nutrition Society, BMI ≥ 28kg/m2 or waist circumference ≥ 90cm in men and ≥ 85cm in women were used as diagnostic criteria for obesity, and secondary obesity was excluded to diagnose simple obesity. Obesity, without or with one or more kinds of overweight or obesity-related diseases in the early stage, without overweight or obesity-related diseases and their serious complications, are the diagnostic criteria of obesity 1.
Note:①Overweight or obesity-related diseases in the early stage: maximum normal blood pressure, borderline elevated blood lipids, pre-diabetes, hyperuricemia, etc. ②Overweight or obesity-related diseases: T2DM, dyslipidemia, hypertension, coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease, polycystic ovary syndrome, female infertility, sleep apnea syndrome, osteoarthritis, gout, etc. (3) Severe complications of overweight or obesity-related diseases: myocardial infarction, heart failure, stroke, chronic complications of diabetes (retinopathy, renal insufficiency: glomerular filtration rate <60 ml/1.73 m2), cirrhosis of the liver, obesity-related cancer, etc.
(3) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）伴发其他明显影响研究的疾病者，如糖尿病相关基因缺陷、自身免疫疾病等；
（2）有明显糖尿病家族史者；
（3）近1个月使用了影响研究的干预措施者，如调脂药、减肥药、糖皮质激素、细胞毒制剂或非选择性免疫抑制剂；
（4）近1个月内有严重的心、肝、肾、脑或严重感染等大病初愈者；
（5）3个月内参加过其他临床试验者；
（6）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（7）不愿意合作者及精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with other conditions that clearly affect the study, such as diabetes-related genetic defects, autoimmune diseases, etc.
(2) Those with a significant family history of diabetes mellitus.
(3) Those who have used study-impacting interventions in the last 1 month, such as lipid-modifying drugs, weight loss drugs, glucocorticoids, cytotoxic agents or non-selective immunosuppressants
(4) Those who have recovered from a major illness such as serious heart, liver, kidney, brain or serious infection within the last 1 month.
(5) Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 3 months.
(6) Pregnant or lactating women.
(7) Unwilling collaborators and psychiatric patients.
