研究目的：

本研究的目的是观察175例经该新型经牙槽嵴入路上颌窦提升术术后植体的临床及影像学表现，评估该方法能否达到较为稳定的成骨效果。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical and imaging manifestations of 175 patients after a novel transalveolar maxillary sinus floor elevation , and evaluate whether this method can achieve a relatively stable osteogenesis effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.18 周岁以上，无上颌窦炎，全身健康情况良好，可以耐受手术；
2.缺牙时间≥3 个月；
3.上颌后牙缺失需上颌窦提升；
4.种植区剩余骨高度≥3mm；
5.上颌窦窦底较平坦、无分隔。
6.患者对治疗方案知情同意，能按时复诊。

Inclusion criteria

1.18 years old and above, no maxillary sinusitis, good health and tolerance to surgery ;
2.Dental missing time ≥ 3 months ;
3.The missing maxillary posterior teeth need maxillary sinus elevation ;
4. The remaining bone height in the planting area ≥ 3 mm ;
5.The maxillary sinus floor is flat and no separation ;
6. Patients have informed consent to the treatment and are able to follow up on time.

排除标准：

1.控制不佳的糖尿病、高血压等系统性疾病或因精神、心理障碍影响手术正常进行者；
2.有上颌窦病变或上颌窦形态不规则者；
3.夜磨牙、咬合关系不良；
4.有上颌窦手术史者；
5.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
6.依从性不佳不能按时复诊或病例资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with poorly controlled diabetes, hypertension and other systemic diseases or mental and psychological disorders affecting the normal operation ;
2. Patients with maxillary sinus lesions or irregular maxillary sinus morphology ;
3. Night molars, poor occlusion ;
4. Patients with maxillary sinus surgery history ;
5. Women during pregnancy or lactation ;
6. Patients with poor compliance who cannot be referred on time or with incomplete case data.
