研究目的：

通过可穿戴设备监测老年人群体表温度和心率变化，探索通过持续体温和心率监测评估老年人群膳食能量摄入量的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

We aimed to remotely monitor temperature and heart rate to estimate the dietary energy intake of geriatric patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄 60~85 岁；
2.能通过消化道或管饲或造瘘进食；
3.患者本人或家属同意参加本研究,并且患者本人或家属签署知情同意书 。

Inclusion criteria

1.Ages more than 60;
2.Have the ability to take in food through the digestive tract or tube feeding or ostomy;

排除标准：

1.疾病急性发作期或患有感染性疾病；
2.实验前6个月内曾患中枢神经系统疾病、脑血管意外或心肌梗死；
3.胃肠功能障碍，如严重腹泻、顽固性呕吐、炎性肠病、乳糜泻、严重吸收不良综合征、麻痹性和机械性肠梗阻、消化道活动性出血者；
4.皮肤问题导致体温心电感应器无法佩戴者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute onset of the disease or suffering from infectious diseases;
2. Have suffered from central nervous system diseases, cerebrovascular accidents or myocardial infarction within 6 months before the test;
3. Gastrointestinal dysfunction, such as severe diarrhea, refractory vomiting, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, severe malabsorption syndrome, paralyzing and mechanical intestinal obstruction, active bleeding of the digestive tract;
4. Skin problems that cause body temperature and ECG sensors to be unable to wear.
