研究目的：

为了观察术中喷洒PA-MSHA对根治性膀胱切除术患者术后淋巴漏发生率及预后的影响  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of intraoperative spraying Pseudomonas aeruginosa-mannose-sensitive hemagglutinin (PA-MSHA) on the incidence of chyle leaks and prognosis of patients with MIBC after radical cystectomy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）确诊为无远处转移的肌层浸润性膀胱癌，术后病理分期为pT1-4aN0-2M0；（2）病理类型为尿路上皮癌；（3）接受了根治性膀胱切除术+淋巴结清扫及任意尿流改道术（原位新膀胱术、Bricker术式、输尿管皮肤造瘘术、Maniz II术式）；（4）术中使用铜绿假单胞菌喷洒的患者为研究组，未喷洒的患者为对照组；（5）具有完整的病历资料。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Non-metastatic muscle-invasive bladder cancer with pathologic staging of pT1-4aN0-2M0; (2) The pathologic type was urothelial carcinoma; (3) RC and PLND were performed, as well as arbitrary urinary diversion (Maniz II, neobladder, Bricker or cutaneous ureterostomy); (4) Spray 10ml PA-MSHA in the operation area before abdominal closure; (5) Complete medical records were available.

排除标准：

（1）术前接受新辅助化疗、免疫及靶向治疗、单纯放疗或者同步放化疗；（2）接受保膀胱治疗（如cTURBt后外放射治疗、TURBt后化疗或联合放化疗、膀胱部分切除术后联合化疗）后的挽救性膀胱切除及保膀胱治疗后复发的膀胱切除；（3）围术期因手术并发症，如心血管并发症、肺栓塞、大出血所致的死亡。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Neoadjuvant chemotherapy, immuno-target treatment, radiotherapy or concurrent chemoradiotherapy was received before surgery; (2) Radical cystectomy after receiving bladder preservation treatment, e.g., cTURBt (conventional transurethral resection of bladder tumor) combination with EBRT (external beam radiation therapy, TURBT (transurethral resection of bladder tumor) or partial cystectomy combination with chemotherapy or chemoradiotherapy; (3) Perioperative death due to operative complications, such as myocardial infarction, acute pulmonary embolism, intestinal fistula, hemorrhea etc..
