研究目的：

明确佩戴外科口罩和N95口罩对慢性阻塞性肺病患者带来的生理变化，并以此指导慢阻肺患者选择合适口罩。  

Objectives of Study：

To clarify the physiological changes of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease caused by wearing surgical masks and N95 masks, and to guide patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease to choose appropriate masks.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）行肺功能检查并根据GOLD分级标准确诊为COPD患者并处于稳定期。（2）年龄18-80岁；（3）足够的体力活动以允许通过无人帮助的步行。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Lung function examination was performed and COPD patients were diagnosed according to gold classification standard and were in stable stage. (2) Age 18-80 years old; (3) Enough physical activity to allow walking without help.

排除标准：

1.慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期2.严重呼吸衰竭伴长期氧疗需创机械通气3.严重肝、肾器官衰竭4.2个月内有急性心脑血管事件史5.患有恶性肿瘤6.精神障碍患者7.双下肢运动障碍患者8.孕妇。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease 2 Severe respiratory failure with long-term oxygen therapy requires invasive mechanical ventilation 3 Severe liver and kidney failure 4 Have a history of acute cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events within 2 months 5 Suffering from malignant tumor 6 Patients with mental disorders 7 Patients with lower extremity dyskinesia 8 pregnant woman
