研究目的：

评价新加达原散治疗多重耐药细菌性肺炎的临床疗效与安全性，证明中医药在降低28天病死率、提高痰细菌清除率、改善临床症状及感染指标、减少治疗费用等方面的优势，探索其替代抗生素的可行性。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Neogada protospora in the treatment of multidrug-resistant bacterial pneumonia, it proved that the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in reducing the case fatality rate of 28 days, improving the clearance rate of sputum bacteria, improving clinical symptoms and infection indicators, and reducing treatment costs were explored, and the feasibility of alternative antibiotics was explored.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合社区获得性肺炎或医院获得性肺炎诊断标准，且气道分泌物培养为多重耐药革兰氏阴性杆菌；
（2）年龄≥18岁；
（3）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for community-acquired pneumonia or hospital-acquired pneumonia, and the airway secretions are cultured as multidrug-resistant Gram-negative bacilli;
(2) Age ≥ 18 years;
(3) Sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
（2）急性脏器功能损伤≥2个；
（3）急性生理功能和慢性健康状况评分Ⅱ（APACHEⅡ）≥25分；
（4）对本试验用药过敏或不耐受；
（5）合并心、肝、肾和造血系统等严重原发疾病者、恶性肿瘤晚期者、糖尿病血糖控制不佳者、精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Pregnant and lactating women;
(2) 2 acute organ function injuries ≥;
(3) Acute physiological function and chronic health status score II. (APACHEII.) ≥ 25 points;
(4) Allergic or intolerant to the drugs used in this test;
(5) Patients with serious primary diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system, advanced malignant tumors, poor control of diabetic blood glucose, and patients with mental illness.

在符合入组条件的受试者签署纸质版知情同意书后，由第三方使用SAS 9.2软件的PROC PLAN程序生成区组随机序列，区组长度为4。通过电话中心随机实现分配隐藏，将患者以1:1的比例随机分配至治疗组（新加达原散和相关抗生素模拟剂）和对照组（相关抗生素和新加达原散模拟剂）。本研究医生、结局评价者和数据分析者分别由不同人员担任，对医生、患者、结局评价者和数据分析者设盲。
