研究目的：

1.从个体大脑水平揭示慢性部分性睡眠剥夺（CPSD）引起人类睡眠紊乱和认知障碍的发病机制； 2.分析“调脏醒神”电针对CPSD大脑功能及结构的神经调控作用，揭示“调脏醒神”电针对CPSD人群的大脑正向作用效应机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To reveal the pathogenesis of sleep disorder and cognitive impairment caused by chronic partial sleep deprivation (CPSD) from individual brain level; 2. Analyze the neural regulation effect of "Tiaozang And Xingshen" electricity on CPSD brain function and structure, and reveal the positive effect mechanism of "Tiaozang and Xingshen" electricity on CPSD population.

纳入标准：

1.慢性部分性睡眠剥夺组纳入标准
（1）均为长期固定值夜班的医务工作者（21-50岁），右利手；
（2）间断性SD持续时间6天以上，每天睡眠少于５ｈ；
（3）存在睡眠障碍，匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQi) ＞7分；蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）＜26分；
（4）饮食规律，实验前１周未饮用烟、酒、茶、咖啡等兴奋性饮料；１个月内未接受过针灸治疗；近半年来未服用神经精神类药物；
（5）近三个月内未服用避孕药、无各类疼痛（包括痛经），女性在检查时未处月经周期阶段；
（6）平素身体健康，无肝肾功能障碍和心脑血管、内分泌、免疫系统疾病史，无精神疾病史，在体格检查时不得有任何病理或异常临床发现；
（7）大专以上学历，工作内容固定，活动城市固定。
2.健康受试者纳入标准
（1）均为白天规律工作的不值夜班的医务工作者（21-50岁），年龄、受教育程度等条件与其他各组受试者具有可比性；
（2）每天工作时间≤8 h，正常睡眠-唤醒节律，每晚睡眠时间达到6.5～8.5小时；
（3）不得有任何睡眠障碍，匹兹堡睡眠质量指数≦7分；蒙特利尔认知评估量表（MoCA）≥26分；
（4）平素身体健康，无肝肾功能障碍和心脑血管、内分泌、免疫系统疾病史，无精神疾病史，在体格检查时不得有任何病理或异常临床发现；
（5）工作内容固定，大专以上学历，活动城市固定。

Inclusion criteria

1. Inclusion criteria for chronic partial sleep deprivation group
(1) All medical workers (21-50 years old) on long-term regular night shift, right-handed;
(2) The duration of intermittent SD was more than 6 days,and sleep was less than 5h per day;
(3) sleep disorder,PSQi > 7;Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) < 26 points;
(4) Dietary rules,no tobacco, alcohol, tea, coffee and other exciting drinks in 1 week before the experiment; No acupuncture treatment within 1 month; Not taking neuropsychiatric drugs in the past half a year;  
(5) The woman has not taken birth control pills, has no pain (including dysmenorrhea) in the last three months, and has not been in the menstrual cycle at the time of examination;
(6) Always in good health, no history of liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine and immune system diseases, no history of mental diseases, and no pathological or abnormal clinical findings during physical examination;
(7) College degree or above, fixed work content, fixed city of activity.
2. Inclusion criteria for healthy subjects
(1) All of them were medical workers (21-50 years old) who worked regularly during the day and did not work at night. Their age, education level and other conditions were comparable with other groups;
(2) Work time ≤8 hours per day, normal sleep-wake rhythm, sleep time reached 6.5 to 8.5 hours per night;
(3) Must not have any sleep disorders, the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index ≦7 points; Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale (MoCA) ≥26;
(4) Have always been in good health, have no history of liver and kidney dysfunction, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine and immune system diseases, and have no history of mental diseases, and have no pathological or abnormal clinical findings during physical examination;
(5) Fixed job content, college degree or above, fixed activity city.

排除标准：

排除标准
（1）对针灸敏感出现晕针者；
（2）值夜班期间睡眠时间＞5h；
（3）有嗜烟、酗酒、饮浓咖啡习惯史，既往有睡眠障碍史；
（4）患有影响睡眠的躯体或精神心理疾病，如抑郁症、呼吸暂停综合征；
（5）入组治疗期间同时参与其他项临床研究或入组前7日内接受过针灸治疗者；
（6）入组治疗前7日内摄入处方药或非处方药；
（7）研究期间离开日常活动地点者；
（8）拒绝参与本次调查或配合度差而中断调查者；
（9）体内植入金属，如心脏起搏器、除颤器、心脏支架、人工心脏瓣膜、动脉瘤术后金属夹、药物灌注装置、神经刺激器、骨骼生长刺激器及其他任何类型的生物刺激器、金属缝合线等的患者；体内有子弹、碎弹片或铁砂粒，或者骨折术后体内有固定钢板、钢钉、镙丝的患者；体内有人工假肢或关节、阴茎假体、助听器、人工耳蜗、中耳移植物、眼内金属异物、义眼及头面部有植入物等的患者。
（10）有幽闭恐惧症的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria

(1) people who are sensitive to acupuncture and have acupuncture sickness;
(2) Sleep time > 5h during night shift;
(3) a history of smoking, drinking alcohol, drinking espresso, and a history of sleep disorders;
(4) Suffer from physical or mental diseases that affect sleep, such as depression and apnea syndrome;
(5) participants in other clinical studies or received acupuncture treatment within 7 days prior to enrollment;
(6) Ingestion of prescription or non-prescription drugs within 7 days before treatment;
(7) Leave the place of daily activities during the study period;
(8) Refuse to participate in the survey or interrupt the survey due to poor cooperation;
(9) Patients implanted with metal implants, such as pacemakers, defibrillators, cardiac stents, artificial heart valves, metal clips after aneurysm surgery, drug perfusion devices, nerve stimulators, bone growth stimulators and any other type of biological stimulators, metal sutures, etc.; Patients with bullets, broken shrapnel or iron sand particles in the body, or with fixed steel plates, nails and screws after fracture; Patients with internal artificial limbs or joints, penile prostheses, hearing AIDS, cochlear implants, middle ear implants, metallic foreign bodies in the eye, implants in the head and face,etc.
(10) Patients with claustrophobia.
