研究目的：

1)探究全麻长时间俯卧位手术围术期应用反Trendelenburg体位联合肺保护策略能否改善患者术中呼吸力学、呼吸生理学。 2)探究全麻长时间俯卧位手术围术期应用反Trendelenburg体位联合肺保护策略能否降低术后肺部并发症。  

Objectives of Study：

1) To explore whether the application of reverse Trendelenburg position combined with lung protection strategy in the perioperative period of general anesthesia long-term prone position surgery can improve the intraoperative respiratory mechanics and respiratory physiology of patients. 2) To explore whether the reverse Trendelenburg position combined with lung protection strategy can reduce postoperative pulmonary complications in the perioperative period of general anesthesia long-term prone position surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

ASA分级I-Ⅲ级，年龄≧40岁，BMI≦35kg/m2的择期全麻下进行脊柱后入路腰椎间盘摘除植骨融合内固定手术，手术均由同一组医师进行操作，手术时长≧2h，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

ASA grade I-III, age ≥ 40 years old, elective spinal surgery under general anesthesia with BMI ≤ 35kg/m2, the operation was performed by the same group of physicians, the operation time was ≥ 2 hours, and the informed consent was signed.

排除标准：

(1)有严重高血压、心脏病者；(2)有中、重度限制性或阻塞性肺部疾病者；(3)贫血者；(4)患者不能理解各类量表评分条目；(5)有神经、精神类疾病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with severe hypertension or heart disease; (2) Those with moderate or severe restrictive or obstructive pulmonary disease; (3) Those with anemia; (4) The patients cannot understand various scale items; (5) ) with a history of neurological and psychiatric diseases.
