研究目的：

通过前瞻性研究探讨老年脑卒中衰弱发生的危险因素，并通过列线图建立更直观、准确的脑卒中衰弱发病预测模型，识别老年脑卒中衰弱发病的高危病人，以期对其早期干预治疗，降低老年脑卒中衰弱的发病率。  

Objectives of Study：

Prospective studies were conducted to explore the risk factors of stroke frailty in the elderly, and a more intuitive and accurate prediction model of stroke frailty was established through nomogram to identify high-risk patients with stroke frailty in the elderly, with a view to early intervention and treatment to reduce the risk of stroke and frailty. The incidence of debilitating stroke in the elderly.

纳入标准：

①经CT或核磁共振成像（MRI）确诊，符合脑卒中诊治指南标准者；②年龄≥60岁，意识清楚, 沟通无障碍；③均有完整的临床资料；④患者自愿参与，均签署知情同意书，且该研究已通过河北中医学院伦理委员会的审查和批准。

Inclusion criteria

① Jīng CT huò hécí gòngzhèn chéngxiàng (MRI) quèzhěn, fúhé nǎo cù zhōng zhěnzhì zhǐnán biāozhǔn zhě;② niánlíng ≥60 suì, yìshí qīngchǔ, gōutōng wú zhàng'ài;③ jūn yǒu wánzhěng de línchuáng zīliào;④ huànzhě zìyuàn cānyù, jūn qiānshǔ zhīqíng tóngyì shū, qiě gāi yánjiū yǐ tōngguò héběi zhōngyī xuéyuàn lúnlǐ wěiyuánhuì de shěnchá hé pīzhǔn.

排除标准：

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with severe cognitive impairment, hemiplegia/speech or swallowing disorders, and decreased ability of daily living before the onset of disease; ② Patients with nutrient absorption disorders, such as severe anemia, liver dysfunction, hyperthyroidism, etc.
