研究目的：

评价卵巢功能减退患者口服雷帕霉素能否改善卵巢功能和妊娠结局.  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of rapamycin in women with diminished ovarian reverse.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）双侧卵巢的窦卵泡数目＜６个；AMH＜0.5～1.1ng/ml；FSH＞15U/L；（2）获卵数≤5个；（3）≥1次IVF-ET失败史。

Inclusion criteria

(1) The number of follicles in bilateral ovaries was less than 6; AMH < 0.5-1.1ng/ml; FSH > 15U/L; (2) The number of eggs obtained ≤5; (3) Not pregnant after one more time IVF-ET.

排除标准：

（1）患有性传播疾病、遗传疾病、子宫畸形、子宫内膜异位囊肿手术史者；（2）男性少弱精症或无精症者；（3）对雷帕霉素及其衍生物过敏者；（4）严重其他系统疾病者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with a history of sexually transmitted diseases, genetic diseases, uterine malformations, and endometriosis cysts; (2) male oligospermia or anspermia; (3) Allergic to rapamycin and its derivatives; (4) serious other systemic diseases.

由统计人员运用SPSS统计软件生成随机数字，随机数字为奇数的分到雷帕霉素组，偶数分到对照组。将研究对象编号和分组情况分装到100个信封，研究对象入组时，依序打开信封，根据信封内组别进行分组。
