探讨股骨头坏死软骨水分含量变化与塌陷程度之间的联系  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relativity between water content of the femoral head necrosis cartilage and degree of collapse

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-65岁，男女不限，属非创伤性股骨头坏死；
（2）髋关节正蛙位X片显示C1型股骨头坏死；
（3）患者同意参加本试验，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged 18-65 years old, male or female, non-traumatic femoral head necrosis;
(2) X-ray of the hip joint is showing C1 type femoral head necrosis;
(3) The patient agrees to participate in the trial and sign an informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）患者合并其他影响ONFH进展的疾病(如心肺肝肾系统重大疾病，肾病综合征、系统性红斑狼疮等仍需服用激素者)并处于活动期；

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other diseases that affect the progression of ONFH (such as heart disease, liver and kidney system major diseases, nephrotic syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc. still need to take hormones) and are active.
