研究目的：

探讨AGT基因Met235Thr位点，ApoE基因Cys112Arg和Arg158Cys位点，MTHFR基因C677T位点，TNF-β基因Thr26Asn位点，AT1R 基因A1166C位点，eNOS基因Glu298Asp位点，β-Fg基因Arg448Lys位点多态性与缺血性中风病血瘀证发生的遗传易感相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the relationship between specific genetic polymorphisms and blood stasis syndrome (BSS) of ischemic stroke (IS).The angiotensinogen (AGT) gene M235T polymorphism, apolipoprotein E (ApoE) gene polymorphism, methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase (MTHFR) gene C677T polymorphism, tumor necrosis factor β (TNFβ) gene Thr26Asn polymorphism, angiotensin II type-1-receptor (AT1R) gene A1166C polymorphism, endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) gene Glu298Asp polymorphism, β-fibrinogen (β-Fg) gene Arg448Lys polymorphism were studied.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合缺血性中风诊断;
②经头颅CT或头颅MRI确诊为脑梗塞

Inclusion criteria

1 Meet with the diagnostic standard of ischemic stroke
2 Cerebral infarction diagnosed by skull CT or MRI

排除标准：

①短暂性脑缺血发作。②检查证实由脑肿瘤、脑外伤、脑寄生虫病、代谢障碍、风湿性心脏病、冠心病及其它心脏病合并房颤引起脑栓塞者。③合并有肝、肾、造血系统和内分泌系统等严重原发性疾病，
精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1 TIA
2 Patients with cerebral embolism derived from Brain tumor, brain trauma, cerebral parasitic diseases, metabolism disorders, rheumatic heart disease, coronary heart disease, atrial fibrillation, etc.
3 Patients associated with other serious diseases and/or psychiatric patients.
