研究目的：

重复外周磁刺激对非特异颈腰痛的快速缓解作用及其脑网络机制  

Objectives of Study：

Instant pain-relief effects of repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation on nonspecific neck and low back pain and its underlying brain network mechanism

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

1.通过压力计重复按压疼痛部位肌肉测得疼痛阈值； 2.休息30s，给予疼痛侧肌肉5次按压，每次持续5s，间隔15s； 3.休息30s，开始给予rPMS/假刺激治疗； 4.重复步骤1，再次检测疼痛阈值； 5.重复步骤3； 在以上过程中使用便携式近红外设备检测脑功能变化。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

1.The pain threshold was measured by repeatedly pressing the muscle at the pain site with a pressure gauge; 2.Rest for 30s, then press the muscles on the painful site for 5 times, each lasting for 5S, with an interval of 15s. 3.Rest for 30s, then start rPMS/Sham stimulations; 4.Repeat step 1 to detect the pain threshold again; 5.Repeat step 3; In the above process, portable near infrared equipment was used to detect the changes of brain function. 

纳入标准：

1.目前存在颈/腰痛，不伴有四肢麻木及放射痛体征，并且疼痛的数字评价量表(numerical rating scale, NRS）评分≥3分；
2.年龄18岁60岁；
3.患者签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. At present, there is neck / low back pain without signs of limb numbness and radiation pain, and the numerical rating scale (NRS) score of pain≥ 3;
2. Age 18-60;
3. Patients signed the informed consent form

排除标准：

1.具有重复外周磁刺激（Repetitive Peripheral Magnetic Stimulation，rPMS）治疗禁忌症（妊娠、癫痫、起搏器、颈/腰部金属物植入、活动性恶性肿瘤等）；
2.近2周内接受过rPMS或其他镇痛治疗；
3.精神疾病病史；
4.其他原因引起的急性疼痛；
5.存在颈/腰椎间盘突出、颈/腰椎骨折或手术史等具有明确病因的颈/腰痛；
6.语言、认知等高级神经功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Contraindications to repetitive peripheral magnetic stimulation (rPMS) ,such as pregnancy, epilepsy, pacemaker, neck/waist metal implant, malignant tumor, etc.);
2. Received rPMS or other analgesic treatment in recent 2 weeks;
3. History of mental illness;
4. Acute pain caused by other reasons;
5. Cervical/lumbar pain with definite etiology, such as cervical / lumbar disc herniation, cervical / lumbar fracture or surgical history
6. Cognitive,speech and other psychological dysfunction.
