研究目的：

1. 初步了解我区不同海拔高度干部的健康状况，初步明确不同海拔及不同工作年限与健康状况变化规律； 2. 形成不同海拔人群各种心脑血管等重大疾病的风险预测评估报告； 3. 为提出不同海拔高度较适宜工作年限的建议提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To gain a preliminary understanding of the health conditions of civil servants at different altitudes in our region, and to clarify initially the patterns of changes in health conditions at different altitudes and different working years. 2. To form a report on the predicted assessment of the risk of various cardiovascular and cerebrovascular and other major diseases among civil servants in our region at different altitudes 3. To provide a basis for making recommendations on the suitable working years for civil servants in our region at different altitudes

①我区干部职工，年龄 20-60 岁。②意识清晰，不存在阅读及沟通障碍 。③自愿参与此项研究，并在知情同意书上签字 。

Inclusion criteria

①Civil servant of the Tibet Autonomous Region, aged 20-60 years. ② Clear consciousness, no reading or communication difficulties. ③Voluntary participation in the study and signing of the informed consent form.
