研究目的：

1.益生菌产品对阴道炎患者临床症状的影响； 2.益生菌产品对阴道炎患者复发率的影响； 3.益生菌产品对阴道炎患者阴道菌群的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Effect of probiotic products on clinical symptoms of patients with vaginitis; 2.Effect of probiotic products on recurrence rate of vaginitis patients; 3.Effect of probiotic products on vaginal flora of patients with vaginitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.患者符合细菌性阴道炎（bacterial vaginosis，BV）、外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病；
2.（VVC）的诊断标准；
3.年龄 18-65 岁，绝经前以及有性行为史的妇女；
4.依从性好，能够按临床试验要求，遵守规定；
5.受试者或监护人已签署知情同意书，并在整个实验期间承诺配合研究。

Inclusion criteria

1.The patient was in line with bacterial vaginosis (BV) and vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC)diagnostic criteria;
2.Women aged 18-65, pre-menopausal and with a history of sexual activity;
3.Good compliance, able to comply with the requirements of clinical trials;
4.The subject or guardian has signed the informed consent and promised to cooperate with the study throughout the study period.

排除标准：

1.当前或过去 3 周内患有除研究内容外的外阴感染、尿路感染、性传播感染（淋病、滴虫病、生殖器疱疹、梅毒、HIV）、盆腔炎；
2.备孕、妊娠期和哺乳期妇女；
3.对药物过敏等过敏体质以及乳糖不耐症；
4.长期使用避孕药、免疫抑制剂；
5.有全身性疾病患者（如白化病，白血病，恶性肿瘤病史）；
6.在就诊前 3 个月内口服或正在口服抗生素、抗真菌药物、局部类固醇或抗病毒药物、（口服或局部使用）；
7.有精神疾病史；
8.入选研究前 6 个月内有雌激素或雌激素类药物使用史者；
9.有泌尿生殖道手术史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Current or past 3 weeks of vulvar infection, urinary tract infection, sexually transmitted infection (gonorrhea, Trichomoniasis, genital herpes, syphilis, HIV), pelvic inflammatory disease;
2.Pregnant women, pregnant women and lactating women;
3.Allergic constitution such as drug allergy and lactose intolerance;
4.Long-term use of contraceptives and immunosuppressants;
5.Patients with systemic diseases (such as albinism, leukemia, malignant tumor history);
6.Antibiotics, antifungals, topical steroids, or antivirals were taken orally or were being taken orally within 3 months prior to visit (oral or topical);
7.A history of mental illness;
8.Those who had used estrogen or estrogens within 6 months prior to the study;
9.Patients with a history of urogenital surgery.
