研究目的：

本研究将采用病例对照研究调查先兆早产孕妇及一般孕妇心理状态、睡眠情况及褪黑素、皮质醇激素昼夜节律现状及相关性，了解先兆早产潜在的影响因素，为先兆早产的预防和妇幼保健工作提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will use a case-control study to investigate the psychological status, sleep status and circadian rhythm of melatonin and cortisol in pregnant women with threatened preterm birth and general pregnant women, so as to understand the potential influencing factors of threatened preterm birth and provide scientific basis for the prevention of threatened preterm birth and maternal and child health care.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①32周≤孕周＜37周；②单胎；③年龄≥18周岁；④自愿参与本研究，有一定的沟通阅读理解能力、能独立完成问卷填写和样本取样。

Inclusion criteria

①32 weeks ≤ gestational age < 37 weeks; ② single child; ③ Be at least 18 years old; ④ Volunteer to participate in this study, have certain communication, reading and understanding skills, and can complete the questionnaire and sample sampling independently.

排除标准：

①已临产进入产程者；②妊娠合并肝肾疾病、内分泌疾病；③正在使用皮质醇类药物、精神类药物使用者、酒精滥用史者；④既往有精神病史、人格障碍、智力障碍者；⑤孕期严重感染、胎儿畸形者。

Exclusion criteria：

①labor has entered the labor process; ② Pregnancy complicated with liver and kidney diseases, endocrine diseases; ③ People who are using cortisols, psychotropic drugs, or alcohol abuse; ④ have a history of mental illness, personality disorder, intellectual disability; ⑤ Severe infection or fetal malformation during pregnancy.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行采集和测量。采用excel2011建立数据库，为保证数据的准确性，所有数据采用双人录入，采用spss软件进行数据处理。

Data are collected and measured by specially trained data collectors. Excel2011 was used to establish the database. In order to ensure the accuracy of data, all data were recorded by two people and processed by SPSS software.
