评估基于认知行为疗法的引导式自助干预在改善乳腺癌幸存者抑郁症状方面的效果，并探索影响乳腺癌患者抑郁症状改善的因素  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of the CBT-based guided self-help intervention (CBT-GSH) in relieving breast cancer survivors depression and to explore the factors that predicted reductions in depression

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）经病理诊断为乳腺癌；
2）已婚或长期与异性伴侣生活；
3）轻度或中度抑郁 (5≤PHQ-9＜20) 且正处于痛苦婚姻关系中 (5≤PHQ-9＜20)；
4）能参加面授课程。

Inclusion criteria

1) breast cancer diagnosed by pathology;
2) currently married and living with a heterosexual partner for a long time;
3) mild or moderate depression (5≤PHQ-9＜20) and distressed marriage (5≤PHQ-9＜20);
4) able to attend face-to-face courses

排除标准：

1）丧偶、离异或未婚；
2）正在或计划接受心理治疗；
3）有精神病史或自杀倾向；
4）有家庭暴力；
5）有沟通障碍或有阅读障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1) widowed, divorced or unmarried;
2) currently undergoing or planning to receive psychological treatment;
3) having a history of mental illness or suicidal tendency;
4) having domestic violence;
5) communication disorder or illiteracy.
