研究目的：

1.进一步了解胃复春是否可以抑制甚至逆转胃癌癌前病变；2.胃复春是如何抑制甚至逆转胃癌癌前病变的，为以后治疗胃癌癌前病变提供依据与思路  

Objectives of Study：

1. To further understand whether weifuchun can inhibit or even reverse precancerous lesions of gastric cancer; 2. How weifuchun can inhibit or even reverse precancerous lesions of gastric cancer, and provide basis and ideas for future treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.经胃镜检查及病理诊断确诊，且符合慢性浅表性胃炎和胃癌前病变诊断标准；2.年龄为 18-75岁；3.近期未服用其他对本临床研究影响药物的患者

Inclusion criteria

1. Confirmed by gastroscopy and pathological diagnosis, and meeting the diagnostic criteria of chronic superficial gastritis and gastric precancerous lesions; 2. The age is 18-75 years old; 3. Patients who have not taken other drugs that affect this clinical study recently.

排除标准：

1.病理诊断为胃癌或者恶性肿瘤病理共存患者；2.有严重精神疾病及实验药物过敏患者或在服药过程中出现过敏反应者；3.肝、肾、脑、血液等系统严重疾病患者；4.未能足疗程服药或治疗后无法判定疗效者；5.患者近期未服用对研究有影响的药物

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with pathological diagnosis of gastric cancer or malignant tumor coexisting with pathology; 2. Patients with severe mental illness and experimental drug allergy or allergic reaction during taking medicine; 3. Patients with serious diseases of liver, kidney, brain and blood system; 4. Those who fail to take the medicine for the full course of treatment or cannot judge the curative effect after treatment; 5. The patient has not taken any drugs that have influence on the study recently.

将符合要求的病人纳入实验中，根据胃镜及病理结果，分为4组：1.慢性浅表性胃炎 2.慢性萎缩性胃炎 3.肠上皮化生 4.不典型增生。后三组进行为期3月的胃复春治疗，疗程结束后对照治疗前后JAK2、BCL2、STAT3的阳性表达率。
