研究目的：

系统研究RSV感染所致下呼吸道疾病的气道菌群变化及其对病情和预后的影响将为RSV感染所致重症病例的诊断和精准治疗提供临床证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Systematic study on the changes of airway microflora in lower respiratory tract diseases caused by RSV infection and its influence on disease condition and prognosis will provide clinical evidence for the diagnosis and precise treatment of severe cases caused by RSV infection.

纳入标准：

2022-2024我院的检出阳性下呼吸道住院患儿

Inclusion criteria

Hospitalized children with positive RSV detected in our hospital during 2022-2024

排除标准：

（1）其他病毒检测阳性病例；
（2）早产、有基础疾病（先天性心脏病、支气管肺发育不良、慢性肺部疾病）、细菌性肺炎；
（3）除卡他莫拉菌、流感嗜血杆菌、肺炎链球菌和金黄色葡萄球菌以外的其他细菌检测阳性者；
（4）排除细菌感染病例

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other virus positive cases;
(2) premature delivery, underlying diseases (congenital heart disease, bronchopulmonary dysplasia, chronic lung disease), bacterial pneumonia;
(3) those who tested positive for other bacteria other than Moraxella catarrh, Haemophilus influenzae, Streptococcus pneumoniae and Staphylococcus aureus;
