研究目的：

本研究将确定适宜孕妇个体的碘营养评价指标及参考值范围，并探索出母体碘营养状况对妊娠结局及子代健康的影响，为完善个体碘营养评价指标体系提供依据，为进一步落实碘缺乏病的精准防治奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

Our purpose is to determine the iodine nutrition evaluation index and reference value range of suitable pregnant women, and explore the effect of maternal iodine nutrition status on pregnancy outcome and offspring health, to provide a basis for improving the individual iodine nutrition evaluation index system, and lay a foundation for the further implementation of accurate prevention and treatment of iodine deficiency disorders.

纳入标准：

单胎妊娠的健康孕妇

Inclusion criteria

Healthy pregnant women with singleton pregnancy

排除标准：

临床/亚临床甲状腺功能亢进症；临床/亚临床甲状腺功能减退症；TPOAb、TgAb阳性；具有甲状腺疾病家族史；服用过含碘药物或补充剂；接受过甲状腺疾病的治疗（放射性治疗等）；可见的或可触及的甲状腺肿；甲状腺结节；采样前三天食用紫菜、海带等富碘食品者。

Exclusion criteria：

Clinical / subclinical hyperthyroidism; clinical / subclinical hypothyroidism; TPOAb, TgAb positive; family history of thyroid disease; taking iodine-containing drugs or supplements; thyroid disease treatment (radiation therapy, etc.); visible or palpable goiter; thyroid nodules; eating iodine-rich foods such as Laver and kelp three days before sampling.
