研究目的：

通过核磁扫描进行影像学评价和临床观察量表，采用随机对照的研究方法，观察安罗替尼治疗难治性瘤周水肿的疗效和安全性，综合分析安罗替尼单药或联合放化疗、靶向治疗等不同方法治疗NSCLC 脑转移伴有的难治性瘤周水肿的疗效，筛选出最佳治疗模式。  

Objectives of Study：

By nuclear magnetic scanning imaging evaluation and clinical observation scale, using the methods of randomized controlled observation Anlotinib for his treatment of the efficacy and safety of refractory tumor edema, comprehensive analysis and Anlotinib for single or combined radiation and chemotherapy, targeted therapy treatment of NSCLC with brain metastases from different methods, such as the curative effect of treatment-resistant tumor weeks edema, select the best treatment mode.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1、既往接受过至少2种系统治疗后疾病进展转移性肺癌患者；
2、通过行脑部磁共振检查，确定发生脑转移并且同时存在严重瘤周水肿；
3、年龄18岁~70岁之间；
4、预计生存期在3个月以上；
5、重要器官没有功能障碍，肝肾功能、血常规、电解质基本正常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients with metastatic lung cancer who have previously received at least 2 systemic treatments;
2. Brain metastasis and severe peritumoral edema were confirmed by magnetic resonance examination of the brain.
3. Aged between 18 and 70;
4. The expected survival time is more than 3 months;
5. No dysfunction of vital organs, liver and kidney functions, blood routine and electrolytes were basically normal.

排除标准：

1、妊娠、哺乳期。
2、有酒精或滥用药物的证据或嫌疑。
3、根据研究者判定，参与本研究可能导致任何不必要的风险者。
4、盐酸安罗替尼过敏者应禁用；
5、中央型肺鳞癌或具有大咯血风险的患者禁用；
6、重度肝肾功能不全患者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy and lactation.
2. Evidence or suspicion of alcohol or drug abuse.
3. Participation in this study may lead to any unnecessary risk as determined by the researcher.
4, anlotinib hydrochloride allergy should be contraindicated;
5. Patients with central lung squamous cell carcinoma or large hemoptysis risk are contraindicated;
6. Patients with severe liver and kidney insufficiency;
