1.了解中国老年高血压患者衰弱分布程度及其影响因素 2.提高老年科医师对衰弱评估方法和工具的知晓和运用 3.让更多相对健康的老年高血压患者从强化降压中获益 4.为中国版老年衰弱评估工具制定提供学术支持  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the distribution and influencing factors of frailty in elderly hypertensive patients in China 2. Improve the knowledge and application of frailty assessment methods and tools by geriatrics 3. Let more relatively healthy elderly patients with hypertension benefit from intensive blood pressure reduction 4. Provide academic support for the development of the Chinese version of frailty assessment tool

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于等于65岁的高血压患者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Hypertensive patients aged 65 or older.

排除标准：

1.既往有严重系统性疾病，包括严重的心脑血管疾病、肝肾功能不全、恶性肿瘤、重度营养不良。

Exclusion criteria：

1.A history of serious systemic diseases, including serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, liver and kidney insufficiency, malignant tumors, and severe malnutrition.
