研究目的：

1.探讨IBS患者肠粘膜胆汁酸等小分子物质分布特征，及其在胃肠动力紊乱和内脏高敏感中的作用； 2.分析IBS患者肠道粘膜胆汁酸等小分子物质与肠道粘膜菌群的相关性； 3.探究TGR5在IBS发病中的作用机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Investigate the distribution characteristics of small molecular substances such as bile acid in intestinal mucosa of patients with IBS and its role in gastrointestinal motility disorder and visceral hypersensitivity; 2.Analyze the correlation between intestinal mucosal small molecular substances such as bile acid and intestinal mucosal flora in patients with IBS; 3.Explore the mechanism of TGR5 in the pathogenesis of IBS.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.符合罗马 IV诊断标准的腹泻型肠易激综合征；
2.年龄18-65岁；
3.排除其他器质性病变引起的腹泻；
4.实验室检查结果提示受试者无明显器官脏器功能损伤;
5.结肠镜检查未见异常。

Inclusion criteria

1. Diarrhoeal irritable bowel syndrome conforming to Rome IV diagnostic criteria;
2. Age 18-65 years;
3. Eliminate diarrhea caused by other organic diseases;
4. The laboratory examination results showed that the subjects had no obvious organ function damage;
5. No abnormality is found in colonoscopy.

排除标准：

1.患有严重的心肺肾脑功能不全及多脏器功能衰竭者；
2.免疫功能低下的患者或接受免疫抑制药物治疗的患者；
3.精神性疾病及意识明显障碍不能合作者；
4.有酒或其他物质依赖或滥用证据者；
5.人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）阳性；
6.妊娠期或准备妊娠的妇女、哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those suffering from severe heart, lung, kidney and brain insufficiency and multiple organ failure;
2. Patients with low immune function or patients receiving immunosuppressive drugs;
3. Those with mental illness and obvious disturbance of consciousness who cannot cooperate;
4. Those who have evidence of dependence or abuse of alcohol or other substances;
5. Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) positive;
6. Women who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy, and lactating women.
