研究目的：

本研究拟通过研究患者手术前后血清Postn的表达变化与患者心肌损伤程度、术后心功能改善、心血管并发症的发生之间的关系，旨在为冠脉搭患者找到更灵敏的生物学标记物，以期尽早采取措施，改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to find more sensitive biological markers for patients with coronary artery occlusion by studying the relationship between changes in serum Postn expression before and after surgery and the degree of myocardial injury, improvement of postoperative cardiac function and occurrence of cardiovascular complications, so as to take measures to improve the prognosis of patients as soon as possible.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

本研究拟通过检测冠脉搭桥手术患者术前及术后1、3、7天血清Postn、肌钙蛋白、脑钠肽等指标的表达，同时超声心动图测定患者左室射血分数、左室收缩末容积、左室舒张末容积、室壁节段运动积分指数等，分析Postn表达与其他指标之间的关系。另外根据患者NYHA心功能分级以及围术期心血管并发症发生情况对所有患者进行分组，并计算Postn表达对患者心功能分级和围术期心血管并发症发生的预测能力。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Studied in this paper by detecting coronary artery bypass surgery in patients with preoperative and postoperative serum Postn 1, 3, 7 days, troponin, the expression of brain natriuretic peptide and other indicators, and determination of echocardiography in patients with left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular systolic volume, at the end of the left ventricular end-diastolic volume, ventricular segmental wall motion score index, analysis of the relationship between the Postn expression and other indicators. In addition, all patients were grouped according to NYHA cardiac function classification and the incidence of perioperative cardiovascular complications, and the predictive ability of Postn expression on cardiac function classification and perioperative cardiovascular complications was calculated. 

纳入标准：

1.择期行冠脉搭桥（冠状动脉旁路移植术）的患者；
2.年龄18~75岁；
3.心功能II~ III级（NYHA分级）；
4.术前ASAI~ III级；
5.患者均知晓本研究内容，并同意进行血清生化指标检测。

Inclusion criteria

1. Patients who choose to undergo coronary artery bypass grafting (coronary artery bypass grafting);
2. Age: 18-75 years;
3. Cardiac function II~III (NYHA classification);
4. ASAI~III level before operation;
5. All patients knew the contents of this study and agreed to test serum biochemical indicators.

排除标准：

1.脑、肝、肺等其它重要脏器严重受损者
2.存在心脏手术病史者；
3.合并瓣膜功能障碍者；
4.术中需要体外循环支持或术中转体外循环者；
5.需二次手术者；
6.受试者可以以任何理由退出。

Exclusion criteria：

1. People with serious damage to brain, liver, lung and other important organs
2. Have a history of cardiac surgery;
3. Patients with valve dysfunction;
4. Those who need extracorporeal circulation support or transfer to extracorporeal circulation during operation;
5. Those who need a second operation;
6. Subjects can withdraw for any reason.
