研究目的：

验证中文版干眼相关生活质量评分(Dry Eye–Related Quality-of-Life Score Questionnaire ，DEQS)量表，并评价其信度和效度。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify the Chinese version of the Dry Eye -- Related Quality-of-life Score Questionnaire DEQS, and evaluate its reliability and validity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

这是一项观察性研究，收集符合“中国干眼专家共识（2020）”诊断标准的干眼患者178例，以及30例健康成年人作为对照。 两组人群在基线期接受干眼相关检查（裂隙灯、FBUT、CFS和Schirmer 1 test），中国干眼问卷评分，并以DEQS评分量表对患者的主观症状进行量化评估。2周后（期间不对干眼患者进行任何治疗），干眼组患者再次接受干眼相关检查（裂隙灯、FBUT、CFS和Schirmer I test）以及DEQS评分量表的评估。观察时间点包括：基线、2周。 研究过程中，将： ?收集患者人口学基本信息，系统及眼部病史。 收集基线、2周时，患者双眼眼部裂隙灯检查、结膜充血/松弛评分、泪膜破裂时间（FBUT）、角膜荧光素染色（CFS）、Schirmer I试验（SIT）、睑板腺相关评估（灰线与睑板腺开口相对位置评分、睑板腺分泌物性状评分），中国干眼问卷评分，DEQS评分量表评分等信息。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.≥18岁；
2.干眼组：确诊干眼，诊断标准符合中国干眼专家共识：检查和诊断（2020）的诊断标准；
3.健康对照组：角膜透明、眼睑结构及形态正常、泪小点形态及功能正常，无干眼及其他影响观察指标的眼部疾患；
能够按照研究计划完成2次随访，并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18 years old or more
2. Dry eye group: diagnosis of dry eye, and the diagnostic criteria are in line with the Chinese expert consensus: Examination and Diagnosis (2020) diagnostic criteria;
3. Healthy control group: corneal transparency, normal eyelid structure and shape, normal shape and function of lacrimal spots, no dry eyes and other eye diseases affecting observation indicators;
Able to complete 2 follow-up visits according to the study plan and sign informed consent.

排除标准：

1.入组前1个月内使用激素或免疫抑制剂类药物治疗干眼的患者。
2.检查前2小时使用人工泪液的患者。
3.入组前1个月内角膜接触镜佩戴史。
4.研究过程中计划使用或使用任何干眼治疗药物（人工泪液、促泪液分泌药物、促修复药物、抗炎药物或免疫抑制剂等）或物理治疗（如热敷、熏蒸、睑板腺按摩、睑板腺探针、强脉冲光、Lipiflow等）的患者；
5.活动性眼部炎症性疾病，如过敏性结膜炎、严重睑缘炎、感染性角膜炎、角膜溃疡等；
6.入组前6个月内接受眼部手术治疗，含角膜屈光手术、翼状胬肉手术、白内障手术和玻璃体视网膜手术；
7.入组前1个月内曾参加或正在参加其他临床试验的患者；
研究者判断认为不适合进入本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with dry eye treated with hormone or immunosuppressant drugs within 1 month before enrollment
2. Patients who used artificial tears 2 hours before examination
3. History of corneal contact lens wearing within 1 month before enrollment.
4. Patients who plan to use or use any dry eye treatment drugs (artificial tears, tear secreting drugs, repair promoting drugs, anti-inflammatory drugs or immunosuppressants, etc.) or physical therapy (such as hot compress, fumigation, meibomian gland massage, meibomian probe, intense pulse light, Lipiflow, etc.) during the study;
5. Active inflammatory eye diseases, such as allergic conjunctivitis, severe blepharitis, infectious keratitis, corneal ulcer, etc.
6. Received ocular surgery, including corneal refractive surgery, pterygium surgery, cataract surgery and vitreoretinal surgery, within 6 months before enrollment;
7. Patients who have participated in or are participating in other clinical trials within 1 month prior to enrollment;
The investigator determined that the patients were not suitable for the study.
