研究目的：

1.基于疾病自我调节常识模型，初步探索和建立肠癌患者症状对生存质量影响的发生机制模型 2.基于结直肠癌患者家庭照顾模型，初步探索和建立肠癌患者家庭照顾者照顾负担、生活质量影响因素的发生机制模型研究设计 3.确定正念癌症康复对结直肠癌患者躯体和心理症状的影响 4.研究结直肠癌家庭照顾管理模式对于家庭照顾者生活质量和心理症状的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Intervention study on quality of life and related influencing factors of patients with colorectal cancer and their family caregivers 1. Based on the common sense model of disease self-regulation, we preliminarily explore and establish the mechanism model of the effect of symptoms of cancer patients on quality of life 2. Based on the family care model of colorectal cancer patients, the research and design of the occurrence mechanism model of the factors affecting the care burden and quality of life of the family caregivers of cancer patients were initially explored and established 3. Determine the effect of mindfulness cancer rehabilitation on physical and psychological symptoms of colorectal cancer patients 4. To study the impact of family care management model for colorectal cancer on the quality of life and psychological symptoms of family caregivers

纳入标准：

（1）患者：
纳入标准：
① 经临床医生病理确诊的原发结直肠癌患者；
② 意识清楚，有一定的阅读能力或言语表达能力，与调查员沟通障碍者；
③ 能够熟练使用手机及微信功能。
④ 经调查员说明研究后，患者愿意配合本研究者。
（2）家属：
纳入标准：
① 经临床医生病理确诊的原发结直肠癌患者的家庭照顾者；
② 意识清楚，有一定的阅读能力或言语表达能力，与调查员沟通障碍者；
③ 能够熟练使用手机及微信功能。
④ 经调查员说明研究目的后，患者愿意配合本研究者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patient:
Inclusion criteria:
① Primary colorectal cancer patients confirmed by clinical medicine and pathology;
② People who are clearly aware, have definite reading ability or verbal expression ability, and have difficulty communicating with investigators;
③ Be able to skillfully use mobile phones and WeChat functions.
④ After the investigator explained the purpose of the study, the patient was willing to cooperate with the researcher.
(2) Family members:
Inclusion criteria:
① Family caregivers of patients with primary colorectal cancer confirmed by clinical medicine and pathology;
② People who are clearly aware, have definite reading ability or verbal expression ability, and have difficulty communicating with investigators;
③ Be able to skillfully use mobile phones and WeChat functions.
④ After the investigator explained the purpose of the study, the patient was willing to cooperate with the researcher.

排除标准：

（1）患者：
排除标准：
① 重症和终末期疾病患者（恶病质，难以完成追踪调查者）；
② 服用抗抑郁类药物患者；
③ 曾经罹患过其他种类的肿瘤者；
④ 在肠癌诊断前已经被临床确诊过有抑郁、焦虑等心理障碍的患者。
（2）家属：
排除标准：
① 重症和终末期疾病（恶病质，难以完成追踪调查者）；
② 服用抗抑郁类药物；
③ 被临床确诊过有抑郁、焦虑等心理障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria:
① Patients with severe and end-stage diseases (cachexia, difficult to complete follow-up investigation);
② Patients taking antidepressants;
③ Those who have suffered from other kinds of tumors;
④ Patients who have been clinically diagnosed with depression, anxiety and other psychological disorders before the diagnosis of cancer.
(2) Family members:
Exclusion criteria:
① Severe and end-stage diseases (cachexia, difficult to complete follow-up investigation);
② Take antidepressants;
③ Patients who have been clinically diagnosed with depression, anxiety and other psychological disorders.
