研究目的：

本研究采用对比观察穴位埋线法与生活方式干预治疗女大学生单纯性肥胖患者，旨在观察穴位埋线疗法对女大学生单纯性肥胖患者的临床疗效及其肠道微生态的影响，并基于肠道微生态角度对穴位埋线疗法治疗单纯性肥胖病的作用机制进行探讨，以期为本病寻求更多治疗思路和方法。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint catch-embedding therapy on female college students with simple obesity and its influence on intestinal microecology by comparing acupoint catch-embedding method and lifestyle intervention in the treatment of female college students with simple obesity, and to explore the mechanism of acupoint catch-embedding therapy in the treatment of simple obesity from the perspective of intestinal microecology. In order to seek more treatment ideas and methods for this disease.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合上述诊断标准的单纯性肥胖患者；
②患者体质指数 28kg/m2≤（BMI）＜32kg/m2；
③年龄在 18～26 岁之间的在校大学生，限女性；
④在济南市生活 1 年以上，且 1 个月内未服用抗生素、益生菌等；
⑤知情同意本研究并自愿、独立填写问卷。

Inclusion criteria

①Patients with simple obesity who meet the above diagnostic criteria;
②The patient's body mass index (BMI) is 28kg/m2≤ (BMI) < 32kg/m2;
③College students aged 18-26, female only;
④Living in Jinan for more than 1 year and not taking antibiotics or probiotics within 1 month;
⑤Informed consent to the study and voluntarily and independently fill in the questionnaire.

排除标准：

①凝血功能差合并感染、出血者；
②皮肤局部有感染者；
③合并有严重心、肝、肾等器官重大疾患或危重症者；
④垂体性、肾上腺皮质性等疾病引起继发性肥胖患者；
⑤对异体蛋白（如对鱼、虾、蟹等海鲜、鸡蛋）过敏者；
（6）近 1 个月内接受过除生活方式干预外的任何减肥方法者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with poor coagulation function combined with infection and bleeding;
②Infected skin area;
③Complicated with serious diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and other organs or critical diseases;
④Pituitary, adrenal and other diseases cause secondary obesity patients;
⑤Allergic to alloprotein (such as fish, shrimp, crab and other seafood, eggs);
⑥Had received any weight loss method other than lifestyle intervention within the last 1 month.
