研究目的：

1.采用问卷调查法了解城市社区老年人预防跌倒自我管理行为现状及其相关影响因素；质性访谈法从社区老年人视角出发，深入探究影响社区老年人预防跌倒自我管理行为的因素，补充量性研究中无法获取的信息。 2.基于量性和质性研究明确对老年人预防跌倒自我管理有影响的可改变因素，结合理论框架针对提高老年人预防跌倒自我管理能力这一目标行为构建干预方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1.The questionnaire survey method was used to understand the current situation of fall prevention self-management behavior of the elderly in urban communities and its related influencing factors; the qualitative interview method was used to investigate the factors influencing fall prevention self-management behavior of the elderly in the community from the perspective of the elderly in the community and to supplement the information that could not be obtained in the quantitative study. 2.Based on the quantitative and qualitative studies, we identified the modifiable factors that have an impact on fall prevention self-management of the elderly, and combined with the theoretical framework to construct an intervention program for the target behavior of improving the fall prevention self-management ability of the elderly.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁；
2.在上述城市社区中居住时间≥6个月；
3.意识清楚，有基本语言表达和理解能力；
4.知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age older than 60 years;
2. Living in an urban community for 6 months or more;
3. Clear cognition, ability to express and comprehend simple Chinese characters;
4. Willingness to complete questionnaires.

排除标准：

1.有精神疾病、认知障碍、重症或终末疾病；
2.无法配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Those with mental illness, cognitive impairment, serious or terminal illness;
2.Unable to cooperate.

本研究为横断面调查研究，采用随机整群抽样方法。第一步随机抽取福州市六区（鼓楼区、台江区、仓山区、晋安区、马尾区、长乐区）中的1个区；第二步在选中的一个区中随机抽取2个街道；第三步在选中的2个街道所属的社区中各随机抽取两个社区共4个社区；第四步在选中的4个社区中各随机抽取1个居民小区共4个居民小区，将这4个居民小区中所有符合纳入标准的老年人纳入调查。

This study is a cross-sectional survey study, using randomized whole-group sampling method. In the first step, one of the six districts in Fuzhou (Gulou, Taijiang, Cangshan, Jinan, Mawei, and Changle) was randomly selected; in the second step, two streets were randomly selected in one of the selected districts;

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集。采用excel 2016建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均双人录入；采用SPSS软件进行数据处理。
