研究目的：

构建基于素材库的社区老年人生命教育方案并评价其对社区老年人死亡态度、生命意义感和死亡准备的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a life education program for the elderly in the community based on the material library and to evaluate its effect on the attitude towards death, sense of life meaning and preparation for death of the elderly in the community.

纳入标准：

1.年龄≥60岁；
2.常住在福州市区（≥6个月）；
3.具备沟通能力；
4.自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

1. Age ≥60 years;
2. Permanent residence in Fuzhou (≥6 months);
3. Good communication skills;
4. Voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

1.认知障碍（SPMSQ≥3分）；
2.严重躯体疾病或精神疾病；
3.同一期间参与其他心理社会干预措施者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive impairment (SPMSQ≥3);
2. Serious physical or mental illness;
3. Participants in other psychosocial interventions during the same period.

本研究使用整群随机对照设计。将愿意配合研究的4家社区卫生服务中心依次编号001-004，并由EXCEL产生由1与2组成的2对共4个随机数字，其中1代表试验组，2代表对照组，按照随机原则将其分为试验组与对照照各2所。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

由经过专门培训的资料收集员对数据进行测量和采集。采用excel 2007建立数据库，为保证数据录入的准确性，所有数据均由双人录入，并采用SPSS 24.0软件进行数据处理。
