研究目的：

探索SNARE复合体基因多态与丙泊酚药效学相关指标的关联，探究SNARE复合体基因多态和收集的临床影响因素对个体丙泊酚敏感性的影响程度  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the association between SNARE complex gene polymorphisms and pharmacodynamic-related indicators of propofol, and to investigate the extent to which SNARE complex gene polymorphisms and collected clinical influences affect individual propofol sensitivity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

使用单通道TCI泵（Marsh药代动力学注射模型）注射丙泊酚乳状注射液，诱导方式采用血浆靶控诱导 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Propofol emulsion injection using a single-channel TCI pump (Marsh pharmacokinetic injection model), induced by plasma target-controlled induction. 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄18-65岁
（2）BMI18.5~27.9kg/㎡
（3）美国麻醉医师学会(American Society of Anesthesiologists，ASA)分级：I或II 级

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 18-65 years old
(2) BMI 18.5~27.9 kg/㎡
(3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification: Class I or II

排除标准：

（1）丙泊酚成分过敏
（2）长期酗酒者
（3）既往有脑梗死病史
（4）严重精神病史
（5）严重心血管疾病
（6）控制不良的高血压、糖尿病
（7）甲亢、内分泌功能紊乱
（8）严重的肝功能不全，肾功能不全（肌酐>186μmol/L，胆红素>20μmol/L或血浆白蛋白<30g/L）
（9）长期服用镇静催眠药物史、术前一个月内服用过肝药酶诱导剂或抑制剂
（10）服用可能影响自主神经功能的药物，如阿托品，普萘洛尔，美加明等。
（11）术前存在创伤及其他应激状态，如骨折患者、留置胃管或导尿管等操作。
（12）怀孕、听力障碍无法配合实验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Propofol component allergy
(2) Chronic alcoholics
(3) Previous history of cerebral infarction
(4) History of severe mental illness
(5) Severe cardiovascular disease
(6) Poorly controlled hypertension, diabetes mellitus
(7) hyperthyroidism, endocrine dysfunction
(8) Severe hepatic insufficiency, renal insufficiency (creatinine >186 μmol/L, bilirubin >20 μmol/L or plasma albumin <30 g/L)
(9) History of long-term sedative-hypnotic drugs, hepatic enzyme inducers or inhibitors taken within one month prior to surgery
(10) Taking drugs that may affect autonomic function, such as atropine, propranolol, mecamylamine, etc.
(11) Preoperative trauma and other stressful conditions exist, such as fracture patients, indwelling gastric tube or urinary catheter, and other operations
(12) Patients who are pregnant, hearing impaired, and unable to cooperate with the experiment.
