To study the prognosis, complications and factors associated with vision loss in patients with retinal vein obstruction.

纳入标准：

视网膜静脉阻塞合并黄斑水肿的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients with retinal vein obstruction with macular edema.

排除标准：

伴其他眼病的患者，例如青光眼、年龄相关性黄斑变性、葡萄膜炎、高度近视以及眼部肿瘤等。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with other eye diseases, such as glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, uveitis, high myopia, and ocular tumors.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

病例记录表：收集所有研究对象初次患病时的详细病史，包括年龄、性别、病程、高血压、吸烟史、糖尿病、黄斑中心视网膜厚度、黄斑水肿的类型、颈动脉是否有斑块、血常规、血生化等血液检查结果、治疗方案等。在随访过程存在，观察患者的视力预后、是否复发及是否出现并发症。随访6个月。采用Epidata录入数据及管理数据，采用SPSS分析数据。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Case Record Table: Collect a detailed medical history of all study subjects at the time of initial illness, including age, sex, disease course, hypertension, smoking history, diabetes, macular central retinal thickness, type of macular edema, whether there are plaques in the carotid arteries, blood routines, blood biochemistry and other blood test results, treatment options, etc. In the presence of follow-up, the patient's vision prognosis, recurrence, and complications are observed. Follow-up for 6 months. Epidata is used to enter data and manage data, and SPSS is used to analyze data.
