研究目的：

探讨肌松药罗库溴铵引起的两种不同神经肌肉阻滞程度：部分神经肌肉阻滞（简称：“部分肌松”）和神经肌肉阻滞完全逆转（简称：“无肌松”）对开颅听神经瘤切除术中患者各个面肌肌群经颅电刺激面神经运动诱发电位（transcranial electrical facial nerve motor evoked potential, Tce-FNMEP）监测的影响，为实现术中Tce-FNMEP的精准监测提供指导依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The current study aimed to provide guidance for accurate monitoring of intraoperative transcranial electrical facial nerve motor evoked potentials (Tce-FNMEP), by comparing the effects of rocuronium-induced neuromuscular blockade (NMB) at two different levels, partial NMB and complete reversal of NMB (referred to as no NMB), on the monitoring of Tce-FNMEP of five facial muscle groups in patients undergoing resection of acoustic neuroma.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1)18～65岁；
（2）美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级为1 - 2级。

Inclusion criteria

(1)age between 18-65 years;
(2)American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical statuses I-II.

排除标准：

（1）ASA分级≥3级；
（2）对实验药物过敏者（如：罗库溴铵、丙泊酚和或瑞芬太尼等）；
（3）实施经颅电刺激禁忌症（癫痫史、患者置入脑刺激电极和或心脏起搏器）；
（4）合并周围神经肌肉疾病、既往有前臂及远端手术史，无法行肌松监测者；
（5）House-Brackmann分级II级以上；
（6）肥胖患者（BMI≥30 kg/m2）

Exclusion criteria：

(1)ASA physical statuses ≥III;
(2)Patients known to be allergic to the drugs (e.g., rocuronium, propofol, remifentanil, and so on) contained in the test;
(3)Patients with contraindications in performing transcranial electrical stimulation (including patients with a history of epilepsy, and patients implanted brain stimulation electrodes, stimulators , and pacemakers);
(4)Patients with a history of forearm surgery and suffering from dysfunction of peripheral nerves and muscles;
(5)House–Brackmann grades III to VI;
(6)Obese patients (BMI ≥ 30 kg/m2).
