研究目的：

探索MHD患者AVA狭窄介入治疗日间手术模式的可行性，为AVA狭窄日间手术模式的开展及推广提供理论依据，为MHD患者寻求高效、高质量、低成本的医疗模式，提高患者就医体验，减轻患者及社会经济负担  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the feasibility of Ambulatory surgery for AVA stenosis interventional therapy in MHD patients, to provide a theoretical basis for the development and promotion of AVA stenosis Ambulatory surgery, and to seek efficient, high-quality, and low-cost medical models for MHD patients. Improve patient medical experience and reduce the burden on patients and society.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）年龄18-80岁；2）动静脉内瘘狭窄诊断明确，具备干预指证；3）患者及家属能理解围手术期护理要点，愿意并有能力完成出院后护理；4）既往慢性疾病控制：①高血压需控制于160/90mmHg以下；②糖尿病患者无酮症和酸中毒等；③冠心病患者心功能III级以内，无恶性心律失常；无严重肺功能不全等；5）家庭住址距离医院200公里以内。

Inclusion criteria

1) Age 18-80 years old; 2) A clear diagnosis of arteriovenous fistula stenosis, with indications for intervention; 3) Patients and their families can understand the key points of perioperative care, and are willing and able to complete post-discharge care; 4) Previous Chronic disease control: ① hypertension should be controlled below 160/90 mmHg; ② diabetic patients without ketosis and acidosis; ③ coronary heart disease patients with cardiac function within grade III, no malignant arrhythmia; no severe pulmonary insufficiency, etc.; 5) The home address is within 200 kilometers of the hospital.

排除标准：

1）临床可疑中心静脉狭窄者；2）严重肝病或凝血功能障碍；3）近2周内有其他部位活动性出血者；4)患精神疾病不能配合；5）拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1) patients with clinically suspected central venous stenosis; 2) severe liver disease or coagulation dysfunction; 3) patients with active bleeding in other parts within the past 2 weeks; 4) patients with mental illness who cannot cooperate; 5) refused to sign the informed consent form
