研究目的：

研究将根据中医健康辨识结果，给予不同人群相应的有针对性的干预方法，形成医院-体育馆-社区的全方位可推广康复模式，使冠心病一级预防实现从医院到家庭的长时段干预，最终达到降低冠心病发病率、减轻社会医疗负担的目的。  

Objectives of Study：

According to the results of traditional Chinese medicine health identification,the study will give different groups of corresponding targeted intervention methods to form an all-round hospital-sports hall-community promotion rehabilitation model, so that the first-level prevention of coronary heart disease can achieve long-term intervention from the hospital to the family, and finally achieve the purpose of reducing the incidence of coronary heart disease and reducing the social medical burden.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

年龄18-65岁，符合以下1-5中任意3条及以上且未被诊断为冠心病者。
①腹部肥胖：中国男性腰围≥90cm，女性腰围≥80cm；
②空腹血糖升高：空腹血糖≥5.6mmol/L 或已接受相应治疗或此前已诊断为2型糖尿病；
③血压升高：收缩压≥130mmHg，或舒张压≥85mmHg，或此前已接受相应治疗或已诊断为高血压；
④总胆固醇（TG）≥1.70mmol/L，或已经治疗；
⑤男性高密度脂蛋白（HDL-C）＜1.0mmol/L，女性HDL-C＜1.3mmol/L 或已经接受相应治疗。

Inclusion criteria

Persons aged 18-65 who meet any 3 or more of the following 1-5 and have not been diagnosed with coronary heart disease.

1.Abdominal obesity: Chinese male waist circumference ≥ 90cm, female waist circumference ≥ 80cm;

2.Elevated fasting blood glucose: fasting blood glucose ≥5.6mmol/L or has received corresponding treatment or previously been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes;

3.Elevated blood pressure: systolic blood pressure ≥130mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure ≥ 85mmHg, or previously received corresponding treatment or diagnosed with hypertension;

4.Total cholesterol (TG) ≥1.70mmol/L, or has been treated;

5.Male HDL-C <1.0mmol/L, female HDL-C <1.3mmol/L or have received corresponding treatment.

排除标准：

（1）精神异常及运动障碍者；
（2）合并严重心脑肾血管病变尚未稳定者；
（3）非窦性心律、心房颤动、心房扑动、各型传导阻滞和室性心律等患者；
（4）各种感染、急性代谢紊乱、糖尿病足等糖尿病严重并发症；
（5）收缩压≥200mmHg 和（或）舒张压≥100mmHg 者；
（6）妊娠或哺乳期妇女；
（7）既往或当前的肿瘤病史或其它可能影响短期存活的致死性疾病；
（8）较为严重的骨关节疾病，不能配合试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Mental abnormalities and motor disorders;

(2) Those with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular lesions that have not yet stabilized;

(3) Patients with non-sinus rhythm, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, various types of conduction block and ventricular heart rhythm;

(4) Various infections, acute metabolic disorders, diabetic foot and other serious complications of diabetes;

(5) Systolic pressure ≥ 200mmHg and/or diastolic pressure ≥ 100mmHg;

(6) Pregnant or lactating women;

(7) Past or current oncological history or other lethal diseases that may affect short-term survival;

(8) Relatively serious bone and joint diseases, unable to cooperate with the tester.
