研究目的：

分析颊针疗法用于妇科腹腔镜手术患者镇痛治疗的应用价值  

Objectives of Study：

Analysis of the application value of buccal acupuncture in analgesia of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

通过对比研究妇科腹腔镜手术患者是否行颊针疗法镇痛治疗中，术中不同时间点血流动力学指标（心率、平均动脉压），麻醉镇痛药物的用量，术前术后血清炎症指标（CRP、IL-6、PCT、SAA）的变化，灌注指数（PI）值，术后恶心呕吐副作用的发生率以及术后疼痛评分情况。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①美国麻醉师协会(ASA) 分级Ⅰ～Ⅱ级;②体重指数≤30 kg/m2; ③患者知情签署自愿参与书。

Inclusion criteria

① American Association of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I~II; ② Body mass index ≤ 30 kg/m2; ③ The patient signed the voluntary participation letter.

排除标准：

①合并严重肝、肾、心功能障碍; ②合并精神病家族史; ③认知功能异常或存在腹腔镜手术禁忌证; ④凝血功能、免疫功能障碍; ⑤合并其他恶性肿瘤疾病或长期使用镇静剂、安眠药者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Severe liver, kidney and heart dysfunction; ② Family history of psychosis; ③ Abnormal cognitive function or contraindication of laparoscopic surgery; ④ Coagulation function and immune dysfunction; ⑤ Complicated with other malignant tumor diseases or long-term use of sedatives and hypnotics.
