研究目的：

TKA术后出血是引起术后并发症和增加医疗费用的重要原因。本研究的目的是比较高原地区和平原地区TKA后患者的失血量、凝血功能和纤溶功能是否存在差异。  

Objectives of Study：

Postoperative bleeding after TKA is a significant cause of postoperative complications and increased medical costs. The purpose of this study was to compare whether there were differences in blood loss, coagulation and fibrinolytic function after TKA in patients in altitude and plain areas.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄40–85岁; (2)BMI：18–35 kg/m2; (3) ASA 评分I–III。

Inclusion criteria

(1) 40–85 years of age; (2) body mass index (BMI) of 18–35 kg/m2; and (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status classification of I–III.

排除标准：

(1)膝关节屈曲畸形30例，内翻外翻畸形30例;(2)诊断为创伤性关节炎、类风湿关节炎、脓毒性关节炎或既往膝关节手术;(3)冠状动脉疾病;(4)肾衰竭;(5)终生抗凝或有抗凝史;(6)溶栓事件(深静脉血栓形成、肺栓子、心肌梗死、脑血管意外);(7)谷丙转氨酶(ALT或AST)翻倍以上或肾衰竭;(8)术前低血红蛋白水平(<110g/L)。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) knee flexion deformity?≥?30°, varus–valgus deformity?≥?30°; (2) diagnosis of traumatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, septic arthritis or prior knee surgery; (3) coronary artery disease; (4) renal failure (serum creatinine > 200 mmol/L, creatinine clearance <50 mL/min, dialysis); (5) lifelong anticoagulant use or a history thereof; (6) thrombolytic events (deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolus, myocardial infarction and cerebrovascular accident); (7) Transaminase levels (ALT or AST) more than doubled or renal failure; (8) low hemoglobin level prior to surgery (<110 g/L).
