研究目的：

聚焦子宫内膜异位症术后GnRH-a治疗期间患者的不良反应，在传统中医理论和现代临床研究基础上，探索广东省中医院院内制剂更年滋肾口服液治疗GnRH-a所致低雌激素血症、类绝经期症状及骨质流失等不良反应的疗效，对比其与反向添加药物替勃龙的疗效与不良反应发生率，进行中医药介入内异症患者长期药物管理的研究探索。  

Objectives of Study：

Focusing on the adverse reactions caused by GnRH-a treatment after endometriosis surgery, exploring the efficacy of Gen-nian-zi-shen oral solution(hospital preparation of Guangdong Provincal Hospital of Chinese Medicine) in the treatment of GnRH-a induced hypoestrogenic symptoms and bone loss, and compare its efficacy with the classic add-back therapy of tibolone and their incidence of adverse reactions. To conduct research on long-term drug management of patients with endometriosis by TCM intervention.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

更年滋肾口服液主要组成：川芎、熟地黄、女贞子、淫羊藿等 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Main component of Gen-nian-zi-shen oral solution: chuan-xiong, shu-di-huang, nv-zhen-zi, yin-yang-huo 

纳入标准：

①年龄18-45岁，于我院行腹腔镜下卵巢内膜异位囊肿剔除术，并拟行≥3个周期GnRH-a治疗的患者；
②符合“肾虚血瘀”证候标准者；
③自愿接受治疗并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

1.Aged 18-45 years who underwent laparoscopic endometriosis cyst removal in our hospital and planned to receive GnRH-a treatment for ≥3 cycles.
2.Meets the syndrome standard of "kidney deficiency and blood stasis".
3.Voluntary treatment and has signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①患有严重心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、高血压、肝肾功能不全等基础疾病且控制不良者；
②可疑或确诊乳腺癌、激素依赖性肿瘤者；
③存在未治疗的子宫内膜增生；
④既往或目前患有静脉血栓（深静脉血栓、肺栓塞等）；
⑤卟啉病患者；
⑥对治疗相关药物过敏或严重过敏体质者；
⑦目前正在参与或在本研究前1个月内参与过其他临床试验者；

Exclusion criteria：

1.Patients suffering from serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, hypertension, liver and kidney insufficiency and other basic diseases with poor control.
2.Suspected or confirmed breast cancer, or other hormone-dependent tumor.
3.Untreated endometrial hyperplasia.
4.History or present venous thrombosis (deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, etc.).
5.Diagnosed porphyria disease.
6.Severe allergic constitution or allergic history to related drugs.
7.Participants who are currently participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within 1 month.
