研究目的：

探索术中胃肠减压是否能减少经鼻内镜颅底手术后恶心呕吐（PONV）的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate whether intraoperative gastrointestinal decompression can reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting (PONV) after endoscopic skull base surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1） 在进行任何研究相关操作前已签署书面（签名和日期）知情同意书；
（2） 接受经鼻内镜颅底手术者；
（3） 术中床旁超声提示有胃内容物增加；
（4） 美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）体格情况分级 I～II 级；
（5） 男性或女性，年龄18~70岁（含）；

Inclusion criteria

(1) A written informed consent (signature and date) has been signed prior to any study related operations;
(2) patients undergoing endoscopic cranial base surgery;
(3) Intraoperative bedside ultrasound suggested increased gastric contents;
(4) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Condition Classification I ~ II;
(5) Male or female, aged between 18 and 70 (inclusive);

排除标准：

（1） 既往上消化道疾病或手术史；
（2） 术前胃窦部超声提示有胃内容物；
（3） 置胃管困难；
（4） 开颅联合内镜手术；
（5） 术前24h内使用过止吐药物、抗胆碱能药物、抗组胺药物；
（6） 急诊手术；
（7） 库欣病患者（术后肾上腺轴功能变化及糖皮质激素使用的不可预测性）；
（8） 术中严重并发症；
（9） 拒绝签署知情同意书者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Previous upper gastrointestinal disease or surgical history;
(2) Preoperative ultrasonography of gastric antrum indicated gastric contents;
(3) difficult gastric tube placement;
(4) Craniotomy combined with endoscopic surgery;
(5) Antiemetic drugs, anticholinergic drugs, antihistamines were used within 24 hours before surgery;
(6) Emergency surgery;
(7) Cushing's disease (postoperative adrenal axis function changes and the unpredictability of glucocorticoid use);
(8) severe intraoperative complications;
(9) Refusal to sign informed consent.
