Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of navigation assisted nasal endoscopic optic nerve decompression on traumatic optic neuropathy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

因外伤导致视力下降的能耐受视神经减压手术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

Patients with visual impairment due to trauma who can tolerate optic nerve decompression surgery.

排除标准：

合并有眼球破裂伤；合并有外伤性颈动脉海绵窦瘘；对担心手术风险，对手术有顾忌的患者；影像学提示视神经明显断裂的患者；合并严重颅脑外伤患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Complicated with ocular rupture; Combined with traumatic carotid cavernous fistula; Patients who are worried about the operation risk and have scruples about the operation; Patients with obvious optic nerve rupture indicated by imaging; Patients with severe craniocerebral trauma.
