研究目的：

在利用计算机视觉进行前期评估的基础上，采用随机对照试验对临床确诊为ASD的儿童分别进行LSP行为训练，LSP行为训练加VR训练，通过比较两组儿童的临床康复效果，评估ASD儿童社会沟通交往能力的提高和刻板重复行为的减轻程度，探讨VR技术在ASD儿童康复训练中对核心症状的改善和生活技能的提高程度。  

Objectives of Study：

A randomized controlled trial was conducted to provide LSP training,LSP and VR training for children diagnosed with ASD based on the assessment by computer vision system. Comparing improvement of social communication skills and reduction of stereotypical repetitive behaviors of two groups, to explore the extent to which VR technology improves core symptoms and life skills in the rehabilitation of children with ASD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）根据DSM-5诊断为ASD的儿童；
（2）年龄3~6岁；
（3）IQ>70；
（4）干预训练期间内居住上海；
（5）患儿家长签署知情同意，愿意配合干预训练并遵守项目相关要求。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Children diagnosed with ASD based on the criteria listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 5th edition (DSM-V);
(2) Aged 3~6 years;
(3) Lived in Shanghai during the study period;
(4) Parents/caregivers signed informed consent and agree to comply with requirements.

排除标准：

（1）癫痫和精神障碍的患儿，具有自闭症的癫痫特征但是具有神经代谢癫痫或癫痫为病因的儿童；
（2）通过头颅CT排除脑发育障碍患儿和听力检查排除听力异常患儿；
（3）遗传性疾病导致的脑功能异常的患儿；
（4）拒绝参与研究或无法接受研究规定期的随访。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Except children with epilepsy and mental disorders, children with epileptic features of autism but with neurometabolic epilepsy or epilepsy as an etiology.
(2) Except children with brain developmental disorders by cranial CT and children with hearing abnormalities by audiological examination.
(3) Except children with abnormal brain function due to genetic disorders.
(4) Except children who refused to participate in the study or were unable to be followed up.
