研究目的：

结合吸烟渴求主观报告，通过EEG数据分析正念方法中的“STOP”对吸烟线索反应的调节效应。在结果分析中加入心率和呼吸数据，从更加全面、客观的层面探讨正念方法的调节效果，为后续同类型试验提供更多的研究参考。  

Objectives of Study：

Combined with the subjective report of smoking craving, the moderating effect of "STOP" in mindfulness method on smoking cue response was analyzed by EEG data. Heart rate and respiration data were added to the result analysis to explore the regulation effect of mindfulness method from a more comprehensive and objective level, so as to provide more research reference for subsequent similar experiments.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）右利手；（2）平均每天抽大于等于10根烟（半包烟）；（3）烟龄至少1年；（4）用CO仪器检测是否在10-7ppm或者更低；（5）年龄在18-40岁之间；（6）具有正常的视力或者矫正至正常视力；（7）具有正常健康的心理和身体状况（PHQ-9总分＜20分，GAD-7总分＜11分）；（8）符合DSM-5中烟草使用障碍的诊断标准（通过临床半结构化访谈）；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Right-handed; (2) Smoking an average of 10 cigarettes (half a pack of cigarettes) per day; (3) Smoking for at least 1 year; (4) Use CO instrument to detect whether it is 10-7ppm or lower; (5) Between 18 and 40 years old; (6) Having normal vision or corrected to normal vision; (7) Normal and healthy mental and physical status (PHQ-9 total score < 20, GAD-7 total score < 11); (8) met the diagnostic criteria for tobacco use disorder in the DSM-5 (through clinical semi-structured interviews);

排除标准：

（1）有哮喘、接触性皮炎及对硅胶过敏者；（2）近3个月有服用类固醇药物者；（3）在过去一年或一生中超过 20 小时练习任何冥想练习或瑜伽、太极或气功，参加冥想或瑜伽静修，以及参加任何冥想课程；（4）不适合做脑电者（如有金属植入物及严重头颅外伤者）；（5）PHQ-9总分≥20分；（6）GAD-7总分≥11分；（7）崇尚特定宗教信仰，从而导致无法配合课程需求进行冥想的；（8）当前正在参加类似试验或其他神经生理试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with asthma, contact dermatitis and allergy to silicone gel; (2) Those who have taken steroids in the past 3 months; (3) Practice any meditation practice or yoga, tai chi or qigong for more than 20 hours in the past year or lifetime, attend a meditation or yoga retreat, and attend any meditation course; (4) Not suitable for electroencephalography (such as metal implants and severe cranial injuries); (5) Total score of PHQ-9 ≥20; (6) GAD-7 total score ≥11; (7) advocating specific religious beliefs, which makes it impossible to meditate according to the needs of the course; (8) Currently participating in similar or other neurophysiological trials.

盲法：

本次试验属于群体治疗，参与者都是在同一学校的学生，所以彼此之间可能是相互认识或者不认识的参与者之间也难免会谈论与自己接受的试验培训相关的内容。而且对研究人员的盲法也是非常具有挑战性的，因为在实验过程中很容易就会受到实验相关内容的渗透。故无法做到临床试验的双盲要求。

Blinding：

This trial is a group therapy, and the participants are all students in the same school, so it is inevitable that participants who know each other or do not know each other will talk about the contents related to the trial training they received. Blinding the researchers is also challenging, because it is easy to get caught up in the experiment. Therefore, the double blind requirements of clinical trials cannot be achieved.
