研究目的：

研究八段锦对帕金森病运动症状及非运动症状的影响及机制，为其在康复领域的应用提供可靠的证据。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect and mechanism of Baduanjin on motor symptoms and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson 's disease, and to provide reliable evidence for its application in the field of rehabilitation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)符合MDS-UPDRS帕金森病诊断标准；
(2)Hoehn-Yahr（HY）分级为1～2.5级，能独立行走的帕金森病患者；
(3)签署知情同意书；
(4)简易精神状态评分（MMSE）≥24分；
(5)在研究开始前，接受稳定剂量的抗帕金森药物治疗至少2周，并在治疗期间保持此剂量；
(6)至少一年没有定期体育锻炼（3个月，每周3至4次，每次30分钟被视为定期体育锻炼的最低标准）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of MDS-UPDRS Parkinson 's disease ;
(2) Parkinson 's disease patients with Hoehn-Yahr ( HY ) grade of 1-2.5 who could walk independently ;
(3) Sign informed consent ;
(4) Mini-mental state examination ( MMSE ) ≥ 24 ;
(5) To receive a stable dose of anti-Parkinson drugs for at least 2 weeks before the start of the study, and to maintain this dose during treatment ;
(6) At least 1 year without regular physical exercise ( 3 months, 3 to 4 times a week, 30 minutes each time is regarded as the minimum standard of regular physical exercise ).

排除标准：

(1)患有继发性帕金森病综合征和其他叠加综合征；
(2)有脑卒中、头外伤、脑积水、脑肿瘤、颅内压增高和颅内手术史的患者；
(3)体内有金属异物、心脏起搏器、心脏支架、耳蜗植入等的患者；
(4)不能配合静息态磁共振扫描及运动干预方案者；
(5)酒精依赖、中枢神经系统药物依赖患者；
(6)存在严重的心、肝、肾等脏器器质性病变。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Secondary Parkinson 's disease syndrome and other superimposed syndromes ;
(2) Patients with stroke, head trauma, hydrocephalus, brain tumors, increased intracranial pressure and history of intracranial surgery ;
(3) Patients with metal foreign bodies, cardiac pacemakers, cardiac stents, cochlear implants, etc. ;
(4) those who could not cooperate with resting-state functional magnetic resonance scanning and exercise intervention program ;
(5) patients with alcohol dependence and central nervous system drug dependence ;
(6) There were serious organic lesions in heart, liver, kidney and other organs.

由不参与试验评估、治疗和统计分析的统计工作人员采用SPSS Statistics 25.0软件生成随机分组序列，并应用不透光、密闭临床随机信封进行分配隐匿。入组患者按纳入的编号以及 1:1的比例随机分配到八段锦组和空白对照组。随机序列由专人负责管理。
