研究目的：

对比机器人辅助胸腔镜肺叶切除术与传统胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者术后疼痛的程度，指导术前手术方式的选择，减少术后止疼药物的使用  

Objectives of Study：

The degree of postoperative pain was compared between robot-assisted thoracoscopic lobectomy and traditional thoracoscopic lobectomy, so as to guide the selection of preoperative surgical methods and reduce the use of postoperative painkillers

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）术前均常规经胸部CT、纤维支气管镜、颅脑CT、、腹部超声等检查，排除转移性病变的存在 2）2022-2023年在我院行微创手术的肺叶切除术的非小细胞肺癌患者 3）年龄18岁-70岁

Inclusion criteria

1) Preoperative routine examinations including chest CT, fiberoptic bronchoscopy, brain CT, and abdominal ultrasound were performed to exclude the presence of metastatic lesions; 2) Non-small cell lung cancer patients who underwent minimally invasive lobectomy in our hospital from 2022 to 2023; 3) 18-70 years

排除标准：

1)其他肿瘤病史 2）心脏病病史 3）严重感染 4）相关药物过敏史 5）孕妇、近期备孕及哺乳期患者 6)继发性高血压患者 7)术后转入ICU患者 8）无法耐受镇痛泵副作用患者 9）无法配合研究者工作患者 10）拒绝签署研究知情同意书患者

Exclusion criteria：

1) History of other tumors 2) history of heart disease 3) history of severe infection 4) history of drug allergy 5) pregnant women, recently pregnant women and lactation patients 6) Patients with secondary hypertension 7）patients admitted to ICU after surgery 8) patients who could not tolerate the side effects of analgesia pump 9) patients who could not cooperate with researchers 10) patients who refused to sign the informed consent of the study
