研究目的：

1.将ERAS理念应用于ANVUGIB内镜治疗患者的救治及护理，开发临床护理路径表单，构建AUGIB医护一体化快速康复模式， 2.ANVUGIB医护一体化快速康复模式的初步应用及效果评价。  

Objectives of Study：

1.Application of the ERAS concept to the rescue and care of patients treated by endoscopy in ANVUGIB, development of a clinical care pathway form, and construction of the AUGIB integrated health care rapid recovery model. 2.Initial application and evaluation of the effectiveness of the ANVUGIB integrated medical and nursing rapid recovery model.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）入院时第一诊断为急性上消化道出血的患者；
（2）年龄≧18岁；
（3）由急诊科或消化内科收治入院；
（4）患者意识清楚，或意识不清，但有家属或亲友陪同；
（5）患者未接受内镜治疗且RS评分≤4分或患者住院期间接受内镜止血治疗且改良RS评分＜5分；
（6）具备基本的中文读写能力，正常的理解和表达能力，沟通交流无障碍；
（7）患者或其法定代理人签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Patients meet the first diagnostic criteria for acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding on admission
(2) Patients who are over 18 years old
(3)Patients who admitted by the emergency department or gastroenterology department
(4) Patients who are conscious or unconscious but accompanied by a family member
(5) Patients who didnt receive endoscopic treatment and has an RS score≤4 or patient who receive endoscopic treatment during hospitalisation and has a modified RS score <5
(6) Patients who possesses basic Chinese reading and writing skills, with normal comprehension and expression ability
(7) Patients who are willing to sign the informed consent

排除标准：

（1）内镜后诊断为急性静脉曲张性上消化道出血；
（2）处于孕期或哺乳期的患者；
（3）胃肠道恶性肿瘤者；
（4）凝血功能障碍者；
（5）精神异常不能配合干预的患者；
(6)伴心、肺、脑、肝、肾等严重器官功能障碍不能配合干预的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with the diagnostic for acute variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding after endoscopy
(2) Patients who are pregnant or breastfeeding
(3) Patients with malignant tumours of the gastrointestinal tract
(4) Patients with coagulation disorders
(5)Patients who are unable to cooperate with interventions with psychiatric abnormalities
(6) Patients who are unable to cooperate with the intervention with severe organ dysfunction such as heart, lung, brain, liver and kidney

研究对象随机分为对照组及干预组2个研究组：由不参与本研究的急诊科护士利用Research Randomizer网站产生一套随机数字序列。该数字序列含80个不重复的数字，范围01-80，将这些随机数字分别装入按顺序编码、密封不透光的信封中，并做好保管工作。
